以下三点可以是我们的文化内涵:

 

1. 我们致力于建立平等友好、愉悦动人的关系,这既有利于创意本身,也有利于彼此的合作。

2. 我们有与众不同的三不原则:一、我们从不以数量作为成功的标准。二、我们绝不会放弃精简和高效。三、我们更不会为创意而创意。

3. 做到极致。因而我们有一句口号:尽你所需,尽我所能。每个人尽自己最大努力做到最好,是态度,更是时常需要提醒自己的警言。

      

作为一家与众不同的品牌咨询与创意公司,我们一直践行我们的企业社会责任,不但积极帮助各公益组织的品牌建设,也一直以所有员工的身体力行来支持社会公益项目,如为农民工子弟蒲公英中学支教,为流动儿童筹划相关公益活动。与我们而言,这也是我们和这个社会之间需要建立的平等友好、长期相伴的关系。

      

当然,我们也会不定期组织团队活动,一起玩尽兴。

 

Our Culture

 

The following three points can be our culture:

1. We are committed to equality. To build a friendly and cheerful relationship is conducive not only to creativity but also to each other’s cooperation.

2. We have distinctive three-no principles. Number one, We do not measure success with number. Second, We will never give up to streamline and efficient. We do not sacrifice simplicity for quality. Third, We do not tolerate pseudo creative.

3. Push yourself to the limits. So we have a slogan: Demanded. Delivered. Trying his best is everyone’s attitude, but also the key word to ask yourself.

 

As a unique brand consulting and creative firm, we have been practicing our corporate social responsibility. We not only help the charity organization’s brand building, but also support social welfare projects with all team members, such as supporting The Dandelion School for the children of migrant workers, helping plan the charities for migrant workers activist NGO. As we are concerned, this is to create long-term relationship of equality and friendship with the society. 

Of course, we have also many team building events from time to time. Work hard. Play harder.
